This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation on company value with profitability as a moderate variable in property and real estate companies listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 -2021. With a total sample of 15 Property and Real Estate Companies. The sampling technique used was the purposive samplingmethod,where the number of observations obtained in this study was 15 companies and a sample with 75 observations. The analysis method used is panel data regression.The results of this study concluded thatThe Interest Rate partially does not significantly affectthe company's valuein Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The exchange rate does not partially have a significant effect on the value of the company. Inflation partially affects the value of the company. The interest rate moderated by profitability negatively and significantly affects the company's value. The exchange rate moderated by profitability has a positive and significant effect on the company's value. Inflation moderated by profitability has no significant effect on the company's value
