Humanresources are very important to be given direction andguidance from human resource management in order toproduce optimal performance. Employee performance isan individual matter depending on the level of differentqualificationsofeachindividualwhichreflectsthequantity and quality of something that is produced ordone by theworker. This researchwasconducted bylooking at the three factors that are considered to have aneffect on employee performance, namely competency,compensation,andleadershipstylefactorsthroughvariousrelevantresearchmethodsandcanexplainindetailtherelationship betweenperformancefactors.
