This study aims to determine the effect of brevet
training, career opportunities and certification exam knowledge on career interest as a tax consultant. The population in this study were students majoring in accounting at Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The sample presentation method used in this study was selected using purposive sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data
testing is done by testing the validity, reliability testing. Meanwhile, the hypothesis testing was carried out by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Brevet training has a positive effect on career interest as a tax consultant; (2) Career opportunities has a negative affect career interest as a tax consultant; and (3) Knowledge of certification exams has a negative effect on career interest as a tax consultant.
