ANALISIS EFISIENSI PENGANGGARAN BIAYA PADA PROYEK ABC TAHUN 2023

The high price of housing has resulted in the majority of the millennial generation still living with their parents or in-laws. The need for housing at affordable prices and adequate facilities is an important requirement. This study analyzes the cost-effectiveness of the ABC project being built by PT X in Surabaya. This analytical descriptive research collects data through document analysis and field observations. The data is then analyzed
using the production cost efficiency method. The research results show that cost-effective udgeting requires accurate cost estimates based on real data and experience related to similar projects. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of cost budgeting in property projects, especially the ABC project. The implication of this research is the importance of effective cost management in achieving project objectives on time and under a predetermined
budget.
