Description

This research aims to explore and analyze Human Resources (HR) experiences in hybrid working models and their impact on employee behavior and performance across various industry sectors. A qualitative approach was used, with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Data was collected from 30 participants from different industry backgrounds and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results show that hybrid working models provide significant benefits in improving work-life balance, but also present challenges in communication and collaboration. Employees who adapted well to this model showed improvements in individual performance and job satisfaction. These findings have important implications for HR management and organizational policy development.
