ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA WEBSITE DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA BANTUL MENGGUNAKAN METODEWEBQUAL 4.0

The development of information technology plays a key role in providing digital services, including government websites. The Bantul Communication and Informatics Service manages a website to share news, public information, announcements, and activity videos. However, in 2019, the website's performance in delivering information was suboptimal. Since 2022, system and interface improvements have been implemented to enhance service quality. This study evaluates user satisfaction with the Bantul Communication and Informatics Service website using the WebQual 4.0 method, focusing on ease of use, information quality, service interaction, and user satisfaction. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and assumption tests with SPSS version 25, preceded by validity and reliability testson 30 respondents. Using non-probability sampling, questionnaires were distributed to 100 Bantul residents from 30 September to 7 October 2024. Results show that the WebQual 4.0 method effectively assesses website quality, with two of three hypotheses accepted. Regression analysis indicates an R Square value of 81.5%, meaning ease of use, information quality, and service interaction influence user satisfaction by 81.5%, while 18.5% is influenced by other factors. The T-test shows ease of use is not significant, but information quality and service interaction significantly affect satisfaction. The F-test confirms all three variables significantly impact satisfaction simultaneously
