Extended Reality (XR) technologies, including Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR), provide immersive and interactive training, potentially enhancing CPR outcomes. This network meta-analysis compared the effectiveness of XR-based CPR training to traditional face-to-face methods.
