HIV/AIDS sufferers experience disturbed sleep patterns, such as difficulty sleeping at
normal hours and frequently waking up at night, causing sufferers to feel weak due to ineffective
sleep patterns. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between sleep patterns
and asthenia in HIV/AIDS patients at Karawang District Hospital in 2024. Thistype of research
is quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional design. The total sample was 36 respondents
using Accidental Sampling. The sleep pattern questionnaire uses PSQI and the Asthenia
questionnaire uses FACIT-Fatique. The results of the respondents were 19 people with mild
asthenia (52.8%) and 17 people with severe asthenia (47.2%). There is a relationship between
sleep patterns and asthenia (p-Value 0.002 < α 0.005, OR 12.857). Suggestion: It is hoped that
the relationship between sleep patterns and asthenia can becomea better concern for research
