<text>Introduction: Bronchitis in children can have a significant impact on the child's health and quality
of life. Coughing due to bronchitis is often persistent and paroxysmal, so it can interfere with a
child's daily activities, including sleep, concentration on studies, and social interactions. Based
on an annual report at a private hospital in Purwokerto, there were 437 pediatric patients with

bronchitis from outpatient and inpatient settings in 2023. Ginger honey therapy is a potential non-
pharmacological treatment alternative to relieve bronchitis symptoms in children. Method: Case

report on the management of nursing care using ginger honey therapy to relieve coughs in
children with bronchitis. Results and Discussion: The results of the study found symptoms of
bronchitis including coughing, increased respiratory frequency, decreased oxygen saturation,
sleep disturbances, and impaired nutritional intake. The intervention provided in this study
focused on managing the patient's airway clearance through the provision of ginger honey
therapy. The results obtained were that through giving ginger honey therapy the child's breathing
frequency decreased, oxygen saturation increased, and coughing conditions were reduced.

Conclusions and suggestions: Ginger honey therapy can be used as an alternative non-
pharmacological management for children with bronchitis

<text>Background: Mr. W, 67 years old, has chronic kidney failure and has been undergoing hemodialysis
for 13 years. The problem experienced is xerosis. Mr. W complained that his skin was dry on his feet
and the patients xerosis scale at scale 2, dry skin was scaly, few large scales, litte rought and looked
whitish. If dry skin is not treated immediately can cause itchy skin which can disrupt the patient's quality
of life. Treatment that can be reduce dry skin is to maintain skin moisture, one of which is by giving oat
lotion. Oats contain protein and are rich in vitamin E which can moisturize the skin, smooth the skin,
tighten the skin and regenerate the skin quickly. Method: Patients with chronic renal failure who
experience xerosis in their bodies. The intervention was for 10 days. The degree of dry skin was assessed
before and after administering oat lotion using Overall Dry Skin Score (ODSS) and skin analyzer.
Result: The results of intervention showed that was a change in the xerosis scale from scale 2 to scale
1 and skin moisture from very dry to dry skin. Conclusion: Oat lotion can reduce xerosis and increase
skin moisture in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. Suggestion: Giving oat lotion
can be applied in hospitals as an independent action for nurses in chronic kidney failure patients with
xerosis.

<text>Introduction: ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) is a condition that occurs when

coronary blood flow experiences a sudden decrease due to the occlusion of a thrombus in a pre-
existing alekrosclerotic plaque which can result in myocyte cell death. In general, STEMI occurs

due to atherosclerotic anterior arteries or other causes that can create an imbalance between
oxygen supply and demand in the myocardium. Method: case report on the implementation of
comprehensive nursing care in patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction with acute pain
nursing problems at the Yogyakarta Regional Private Hospital. Results and discussion:
application of nursing care carried out on st elevation myocardial infarction patients with acute
pain nursing problems at the Yogyakarta Special Region Private Hospital, when the research
started on 13-14 May 2024 at the Yogyakarta Special Region Private Hospital. Data collection
techniques use interview, observation and physical examination methods, as well as
documentation studies. Conclusions and suggestions: with comprehensive nursing care, it is
hoped that patients can avoid further complications and achieve optimal recovery.

<text>Background: Stroke is a serious medical condition and can cause impaired mobility and a high risk
of pressure sores. Prevention of pressure sores is an important focus in the care of non-hemorrhagic
stroke patients. One intervention that can be done is the use of olive oil to help maintain skin
moisture and prevent pressure damage. Through this study, it is hoped that alternative nursing
interventions can be found that are more natural and effective in maintaining the skin health of
patients at risk of pressure sores. Main Symptoms: Weakness in the left arm and leg, accompanied
by headache, slurred speech, muscle strength 5/5 in the right extremity and 2/2 in the left extremity.
Norton scale showed a score of 11. Methods: This type of final scientific work is descriptive
qualitative with a case study design. The population was non haemorrhagic stroke patients with
pressure sore prevention. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of one
person. The main focus in this intervention is the prevention of pressure sores through the provision
of natural moisturizers in the form of olive oil. Results: After implementing the intervention for 5x24
hours, the patient showed positive results. The patient's skin remained intact with no signs of redness
or pressure sores, and there were no complications related to the skin condition. Conclusion:
Routine use of olive oil in patients can reduce the incidence of pressure sores in non haemorrhagic
stroke patients.

<text>The prevalence of anaemia among pregnant women at the health clinic was 17.57% (404), whereas ferrous
fumarate tablets were available at 100%. Game cards engage multiple senses, making them an efficient tool for
communicating health information in a real and participatory manner. The purpose of this study is to investigate
the impact of game card-based anaemia education on anaemia prevention behaviour in pregnant women at
Puskesmas Kretek Bantul in 2024. This study approach employs a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control
group design and a purposive sampling strategy, with 64 participants divided into two groups of 32 each. The
measuring instrument consisted of an 11-statement questionnaire, with results analysed using the Wilcoxon and
Mann-Whitney tests. The intervention and control groups' pretest results for anaemia prevention behaviour were
46.9% (32). The post-test with game card instruction resulted in a score of 100% (32) compared to 68.8% (32).
The intervention and control groups had a Wilcoxon test result of p = 0.000 (p-value < α). The Mann-Whitney
test yielded a p value of 0.000 (p-value < α). Game card-based anaemia education has a strong influence on
anaemia prevention behaviour among pregnant women at Puskesmas Kretek Bantul..

<text>Background: Yogyakarta with a percentage of 33.8% of the population experiencing chronic renal
failure. Hypertension is the main cause of chronic renal failure. In Indonesia, it is estimated that 8,472
people or 36% of chronic kidney failure patients are caused by hypertension. It is estimated that 42%
of deaths in 2018 were complicated by hypertension. Complications of hypertension and renal failure
increase patient mortality, this is the basis for the importance of blood pressure control in patients with
chronic renal failure. Main Symptoms: Patients with chronic renal failure who have blood pressure
above 140/90 mmHg. Methods: This type of final scientific work uses a descriptive approach with a
case report design. The population is patients with chronic renal failure who undergo hemodialysis.
The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the number of samples was one person. The
intervention performed was Light Massage Therapy. Assessment using blood pressure observation
sheets and tensimeters. Results: The results of two interventions showed a decrease in systolic and
diastolic blood pressure. Conclusion: Successfully applying Light Massage Therapy to reduce blood
pressure in patients with chronic renal failure. Suggestion: Light Massage Therapy as a complementary
therapy and alternative family education to reduce blood pressure.
