<text>Human resources are important in an organization because the success of an organization depends largely on the quality and performance of the individuals in the organization. This study analyzes team member performance influenced by organizational citizenship behavior, reward, and punishment. The population of all employees of the Cahaya Sentosa Cooperative in Purwodadi is 101 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques. Research instruments with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis with multiple linear regression, data processed with SPSS 24.0 for windows program. In conclusion, organizational citizenship behavior does not affect team member performance; reward and punishment variables positively and significantly affect staff performance. Punishment has the greatest (dominant) influence on team member performance.</text>

                <text>Background
Sudden cardiac death remains a leading cause of mortality in Canada, resulting in more than 35,000 deaths
annually. Most cardiac arrest victims collapse in their own home (85% of the time) and 50% are witnessed by a
family member or bystander. Survivors have a quality of life similar to the general population, but the overall
survival rate for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) rarely exceeds 8%. Victims are almost four times more
likely to survive when receiving bystander CPR, but bystander CPR rates have remained low in Canada over the
past decade, not exceeding 15-25% until recently. Telecommunication-assisted CPR instructions have been
shown to significantly increase bystander CPR rates, but agonal breathing may be misinterpreted as a sign of life
by 9-1-1 callers and telecommunicators, and is responsible for as much as 50% of missed OHCA diagnoses.
We sought to improve the ability and speed with which ambulance telecommunicators can recognize OHCA over
the phone, initiate timely CPR instructions, and improve survival.
Methods
In this multi-center national study, we will implement and evaluate an educational program developed for
ambulance telecommunicators using a multiple baseline interrupted time-series design. We will compare
outcomes 12 months before and after the implementation of a 20-min theory-based educational video addressing
barriers to recognition of OHCA while in the presence of agonal breathing. Participating Canadian sites
demonstrated prior ability to collect standardized data on OHCA. Data will be collected from eligible 9-1-1
recordings, paramedic documentation and hospital medical records. Eligible cases will include suspected or
confirmed OHCA of presumed cardiac origin in patients of any age with attempted resuscitation.
Discussion
The ability of telecommunication-assisted CPR instructions to improve bystander CPR and survival rates for
OHCA victims is undeniable. The ability of telecommunicators to recognize OHCA over the phone is
unequivocally impeded by relative lack of training on agonal breathing, and reluctance to initiate CPR instructions
when in doubt. Our pilot data suggests the potential impact of this project will be to increase absolute OHCA
recognition and bystander CPR rates by at least 10%, and absolute out-of-hospital cardiac arrest survival by 5%
or more.</text>

                <text>Background
To describe the severity and types of blast-related extremity injuries and the presence of accompanying vascular
injuries (VI) and amputation, and to identify the associated factors affecting the treatment management and
clinical course.
Methods
The study included 101 patients with extremity injuries caused by a bomb explosion. The radiographs and
computed tomography angiographies of the patients were evaluated in terms of injury patterns, presence of
penetrating fragments and fractures, and localization (upper or lower extremity) and type (open or closed) of
injury. The Gustilo-Anderson classification was used for open fractures. According to their severity, open
fractures classified as types 1 and 2 were included in Group 1 and those classified as type 3A, 3B and 3C in
Group 2.
Results
As a result of blast exposure, 101 (57.7%) patients had extremity injuries, of which 76 (75.2%) presented with at
least one fracture. Of the total of 103 fractures, nine (8.8%) were closed and 94 (91.2%) were open. Thirty-eight
(40.4%) of the open fractures were located in the upper extremities, and 56 (59.6%) in the lower extremities and
pelvis. Open fractures were most frequently localized in the femur (n = 20; 21.2%), followed by the tibia (n = 18;
19.1%). The majority of patients with open fractures were in Group 1 (71.4%). The duration of hospital stay was
longer in Group 2 (12.1 [+ or -] 5.8 vs. 6.3 [+ or -] 6.7 days, p < 0.0001, respectively). Mortality among patients in
Group 2 (45.0%) was significantly higher than in Group 1 (8.0%) (p < 0.0001). Similarly, the injury severity score
(ISS) was higher in Group 2 (median 20 vs. 9, p < 0.0001). VI was present in 13 (12.9%) of all patients, and
amputation in seven (7.9%).
Conclusion
The presence of severe open fractures, VI, and high ISS score can be considered as important factors that
increase morbidity and mortality. In extremity traumas, through the secondary blast mechanism, contaminatedfragmented tissue injuries occur. Therefore, we believe that it will be beneficial to apply damage control surgery
in places with low socioeconomic level and poor hygienic conditions.</text>

<text>The current agricultural systems generally uses chemical fertilizers as a growth booster in order to meet the global food needs of 7 billion people and all of their livestock. But unfortunately not all are aware of the great danger behind such an overuse, unmetered application of chemical fertilizers, freelyin an open fieldfor the survival of the planet and its population. Thanks to technological advances, especially in the field of instrumentation and communication technology, the problem of increasingefficiency and avoiding such overuse should be minimized properly. In this study, the researchers tried to apply capacitive moisture sensor technology and serverless Internet of Things to the moisture meter instrument in the hydroponic drip fertigation system with roasted husk planting media. Capactive sensor technology has the advantage of corrosion resistance when applied to planting media containing high humidity and low alkalinity. By using a serverless IoT architecture, it is possible to monitor from anywhere via the internet, without involving complicated and expensive infrastructure. Based on the results of the prototype testing, it is known that the instruments built can work properly. The results of monitoring system conditions suchas temperature and free heap appear stable. The reading results of the two sensors also run steadily, without fluctuations and variations in the reading that exceed 5%. The process of remote monitoring and data logging to serverless IoT is monitored tobe stable with a data recording success rate of 99.8%</text>

<text>Every year, more than 150 million people, primarily children under five, develop pneumonia. Various articles present various methods for detecting pneumonia. However, to accurately analyze chest X-ray images, radiologists need expertise field. The traditional techniques remain shortcomings, including the availability of experts, maintenance costs, and expensive tools. Thus, we present a new intelligence method to detect pneumonia images quickly and accurately using the Faster Region Convolutional Neural Network (Faster R-CNN) algorithm. To build our detection model, we collect data, process it first, train it with various parameters to get the best accuracy, and then test it with new data. Based on the experimental results, it was found that this model can accurately detect pneumonia x-ray images marked with bounding boxes. In this model, it is possible to predict the bounding box that is more than what it should be, so NMS is applied to eliminate the prediction of the bounding box that is less precise to increase accuracy.</text>

<text>Objective: This study examines the aspects of human capital management and its effects on employee job performance and the moderation role of perceived organizational support.
Design/Methods/Approach: This study is structured on a quantitative approach, with stratified and simple random sampling techniques. This study reports the responses of 426 respondents from twelve banking institutions in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were applied to test the factors and verify the factor structure of a set of observed variables. The scales were tested for reliability and validity. Structural equation modeling with AMOS was used to test the hypothesized relationships.
Findings: The results show that the aspects of human capital management, namely knowledge accessibility, learning capacity, workforce optimization, leadership practice, and career advancement, are positively related to employee job performance. Moreover, the results also reveal that perceived organizational support positively moderates the relationship between knowledge accessibility, learning capacity, leadership practice, career advancement, and employee job performance. Conversely, it is shown that perceived organizational support has an insignificant moderation effect on the relationship between workforce optimization and employee job performance
Originality: Our research highlights the importance of focusing on the intangible assets of an organization (i.e., human capital). Besides, this study contributes to creating a new theoretical framework for the relationship between the aspects of HCM, perceived organizational support, and employee job performance by integrating crucial factors that have not been previously connected.</text>
