effectively. In the framework of carrying out formative, restorative, and normative tasks, the chief
executive nurse, who is the head of the room, performs nursing supervision, a professional nursing task.
Different opinions about the use of nurses are raised by the oversight system at Mardi Waluyo Hospital.
Finding out how nurses feel about the introduction of supervision in the inpatient room at Mardi Waluyo
Hospital Metro Lampung in 2024 is the goal of this study. With a sample of 80 respondents, a descriptive
quantitative research design with univariate data analysis was employed. A questionnaire was utilized
as the measuring tool. Findings from the study of 80 respondents revealed that the majority of gender
characteristics were as follows: 51 people (63.7%) were women, 35 people (42.5%) were between the
ages of 20 and 35, 53 people (66.3%) had the most recent education of DIII, and 55 people (68.8%) had
worked for more than five years. Out of 80 respondents, 40 (50.0%), 26 (32.5%), and fewer than 14
(17.5%) fell into the sufficient category when it came to the description of nurses' impressions of
supervision. The application of supervision in the Mardi Waluyo Metro Hospital inpatient room is seen
favorably by the majority of responders. Supervisors can enhance the quality of supervision execution
by following the job descriptions and SOP established by Mardi Waluyo Metro Lampung Hospital.
