Description
Abstract - Indonesian Ministry of Health and Indonesian Obstetrics and Gynecology Association provide recommendations for maternal
and neonatal services during the Covid-19 pandemic in health facilities, including midwife independent practice. During the Covid-19
pandemic, from the data collected at the central Indonesian midwife association from January-April 2020 many as 90% remained open
or provided maternal and neonatal services. This study aims to describe the knowledge of midwives about maternal and neonatal care
protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic based on age and duration of opening Indonesian midwife association. The study used a
quantitative descriptive design, population of this study were midwives who opened independent practices during the Covid-19 pandemic
in Bengkulu City, the number of samples was 35 respondents with a random sampling technique using questionnaire. results of the study
after being given IEC intervention with leaflets, an increase in the percentage of respondents' knowledge became mostly good knowledge
(94.1%). conclusion is that there is an increase in the percentage of respondent's knowledge after the provision of IEC with maternal and
neonatal care protocol leaflets during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstrak— Kementerian Kesehatan RI dan POGI memberikan rekomendasi dalam pelayanan maternal dan neonatal selama masa
pandemi Covid-19 di fasilitas kesehatan, termasuk praktik mandiri bidan (PMB). Selama pandemi Covid-19 dari data yang terkumpul
pada IBI pusat dari bulan Januari-April 2020 sebanyak 90 % PMB tetap buka atau memberikan pelayanan pada maternal dan neonatal.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran pengetahuan bidan tentang protokol pelayanan maternal dan neonatal pada masa
pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan usia dan lama membuka PMB. Penelitian menggunakan desain diskriptif kuantitatif, populasi penelitian
ini adalah bidan yang membuka praktik mandiri selama pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Bengkulu, jumlah sampel 35 responden dengan
teknik random sampling menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian setelah diberikan intervensi KIE dengan leaflet terjadi peningkatan
persentase pengetahuan responden menjadi sebagian besar berpengetahuan baik (94.1%). Kesimpulan terjadi peningkatan persentase
pengetahuan responden setelah pemberian KIE dengan leaflet protokol pelayanan maternal dan neonatal pada masa pandemi Covid-19.
