Description

Background : Efforts to minimize the occurrence of AKI in pregnant women who have access to services through early detection of the risk of pregnancy independently that are adequate and of good quality will minimize approximately 74% of maternal deaths. The population of pregnant women in Indonesia in 2019 was 5,256,483 pregnant women. Pregnant women are one of the people with a high risk of disease transmission compared to the general population. Mobile Health (mHealth) is an effort to improve Self Management (Self Management) for pregnant women which can make it easier for pregnant women to receive health education with low cost coverage.
Purpose : To find out the Effect of Using the mHealth (Mobile Health) "SEHARI" Application on the Knowledge Level of Self Examination
Management in Pregnant Women.
Method and Result : Quasi Experimental Design research design with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, conducted on 40 respondents with Total Sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using the t test, namely Wilcoxon and u test Mann Whitney.
Conclusion : There is an influence in the use of the Mobile Health Application "SEHARI" on the level of knowledge of self-examination in pregnant women. Suggestions : Pregnant women are expected to be able to apply the "SEHARI" Health Mobile Application for pregnant women to make it easier to carry out independent examinations through the "SEHARI" mHealth (Mobile Health) Application.
