This study aims to predict students'investment intentions in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The questions in this study arewhether financialknowledge shows a significant effect on studentinvestment intentions on the Indonesia StockExchange, whether financial self-eficacy shows asignificant effect in strengthening or weakeningstudent investment intentions on the IndonesiaStockExchange and whether the perceived risk shows asignificant effect in strengthening or weakeningstudent investment intentions in the Indonesia StockExchange. The analysis technique in this study usingSPSS ver.21 and analyzed by regression PROCESSv3.4 by Andrew F. Hayes. The sampling method ispurposive sampling, with several criteria developedpreviously. Questionnaires are used to collect datafrom respondents. Respondents in this study werestudents at the University of Pamulang, SouthTangerang. A total of 400 respondents participated.Based on the analysis, Financial Knowledge influencesstudents' investment intentions on the Indonesia StockExchange. Financial self-efficacy does not shows asignificant influence in strengthening studentinvestment intentions on the Indonesia StockExchange. The perceived risk shows a significant effectin weakening students' investment intentions on theIndonesia Stock Exchang
