ANALISIS KOMPETENSI, BEBAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LOYALITAS KARYAWAN

Competency, Workload, Work Disiplince and Loyalty Employees

This study aims to analyze the competence, workload, work discipline, and loyalty of regular employees of conservation department at Gembira Loka Zoo Yogyakarta. This study uses quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique of this research is non probability sampling technique with the type of saturated sampling ( census ) of 36
respondent. While the analytical methode uses Descriptive Statistic by using means and mode analysis. The results of this study show that the competence of regular employees of conservation department at Gembira Looka Zoo Yogyakarta is in good criteria with a mean value of 3,99. Furthermore, the workload and work discipline are in good criteria with a mean value of 3,83 and 4,16. The last, the loyalty of regular employees of
conservation department at Gembira Looka Zoo Yogyakarta is also in good criteria with a mean value of 4,15.
