Description

Background: People with Psychosocial Disabilities (ODDP) have a lack of independence in the mental health care
process, so they need assistance to maximize mental health well-being. Fulfilling bio, psycho, social and spiritual
needs can increase a person's level of satisfaction with meeting mental health needs holistically. Objective: To
determine the level of community and family satisfaction with assistance to people with psychosocial disabilities.
Method: This research uses descriptive survey research methods. Research Results: The research results show that
the Level of Satisfaction Based on the Tangibles Domain received a score of 3.38, which means very satisfied. The
Empathy domain received a score of 3.23 which means satisfied. Responsiveness Domain received a score of 3.32
which means satisfied. Domain reliability obtained a value of 3.31 which means very satisfied. Domain Assurance
received a score of 3.46, which means very satisfied. Conclusion: The results of the study show that in general the
level of community and family satisfaction with the assistance of people with psychosocial disabilities is categorized
as very satisfied. Suggestion: Future researchers are expected to continue research on what factors can increase
residents' satisfaction with health services for ODDP.
