Description
Malnutrition greatly affects how children survive, grow and develop. One of the problems of malnutrition that occurs in toddlers is stunting. Stunting is a condition of malnutrition which is characterized by the z score of height according to age under -2 SD. This study uses descriptive research by describing in detail the nutritional status of children under five. This research was conducted in the Baturaden II Health Center Work Area. The population and samples in this study were all toddlers aged 1-5 years, namely 1374 toddlers at weighing operations in 2020.
The results showed that the total number of toddlers with nutritional status was 53 as many as 3.88%; The total number of children under five with nutritional status Short/Very Short (PB, TB/U) 250 was 18.19%, with
problematic nutritional status (BB/U) 101 was 7.35% of all children under five.
