This study aims to describe the perceptual ability, motivation, discipline towards the performance of the civil servants of the Bojonegoro Regency Education Office, to test and
to analyze the perceptual, motivational and disciplinary abilities of the Civil Servant Performance of the Bojonegoro Regency Education Office. All 60 civil servants in the
Bojonegoro Regency Education Office were used as the population in this study with a total sample of 60 people using total sampling or sensing sampling techniques. Multiple linear regression was used as a method of analysis in this study. The results showed that all research variables including perceptual abilities, motivation and discipline as well as
the performance of civil servants at the Bojonegoro District Education Office were in good condition. Perceptual and disciplinary abilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants while motivation has no effect on the performance of civil servants
