This study aims to determine: (1) employee empowerment (2) employee motivation (3) employee performance improvement. All three were studied during the covid-19 pandemic at the Beibyqu-Baby Shop Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region. This study used a qualitative approach with the research subject being the sole informant of the Baibyqu-Baby Shop shop owner, using in-depth semi-structured interviews, so as to produce real data. . The results of the study are the conclusions of interviews with informants who explained that the leadership provides broad space and opportunities for empowerment, motivation and improving employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Beibyqu-Baby Shop Bantul store, Yogyakarta.
